Matt rescued me when my computer was very poorly,it now works well,he and his Dad also spent a long time sorting out the spaghetti junction of phone wires in my house. Matt is now teaching me how to be more able on my PC and I am learning new skills. I appreciate his knowledge and ability, also his patience with this |

We have been delighted with the work carried out on our computer. It is a joy to turn on and start straight away and not have to wait half an hour to get into each application. Cheaper than purchasing a new machine but feels totally new!! Many thanks for your excellent service. |

I was so happy to hear my laptop was ok. In the end PC world are not as helpful as this business, PC world said to me that it would cost more to fix it then to buy a new one. Matthew was so helpful he downloaded all the thing I didn’t know about he add skype and was great! |

Having used other IT support people in the past I can honestly say that both Colin and Matt are the best I have come across. The service they provide is second to none. I would recommend them to any individual or business needing help. They are efficient, friendly, extremely patient and reliable. |

Three years ago I had a computer installed - with considerable trepidation I had joined the ranks of "silver surfers"! Regimental Association committee colleagues, who were all computer literate, had been pestering me to get up to date and a local friend of mine further encouraged me to seek advice from one Colin Marsh. So Colin and his son Matt paid me a visit to establish my requirements and then quoted me for a suitable set-up. For one so ignorant of IT this was a brilliant move because with the package came the best support and back-up anyone could have wished for. In addition, one to one tutorial was available at reasonable extra cost. A fault developed in January, not only was that sorted quickly but also a significant up-grade was installed; all with no fuss, a loan computer and not an 0870 phone number in sight! What else could one wish for? Perfection is virtually unobtainable but All Generations come mighty close to it. |

My computer was in a mess. My routine each morning was switch on ....then have breakfast...then visit the bathroom and return to the computer in the hope that it had dialled in etc etc and was ready for use. Between them Matt and Colin sorted me out. I stayed on line with them whilst they attempted the '1st sort out' but gave up at midnight and left them to it !! Apparently they completed the task at around 3.00am !! It now takes me 10 secs to log on each morning initailly and after that 2 seconds....yes 2 seconds to get the search engine up and running when I need it. I just could not be more satisfied. The outstanding attribute aside from sheer proffesionalism is Matt's patience in talking through a problem and offering a solution to an ageing user like me. The added bonus was the introduction of several new programmes ( FOC ) which I am finding very very helpful. One of these software additions allowed them to take control of my screen, sort out the problem, then hand it back to me.....brilln |

I have no hesitation in recommending the services of 'All Generations' They provide a swift and helpful service for anyone who needs help in dealing with their computer problems. We were having problems connecting to the internet. Local connection problems were being experienced by many. However lots of patience and time were given to us to correct the problem, which was caused by our isp changing our logon details without informing us. We were also helped with various other aspects of our computer which we were not familiar with. |

All Generations have unfailingly helped us with our computer problems over several years. For example, changing our ISP was a nightmare because of our house alarm system. Their technical knowledge and persistance eventually won the day. They have continued to answer queries, demonstrate how software works and rebuild the computer itself. Can thoroughly recommend 'All Generations' company for their patience and explicit teaching in understanding the mysteries of how computers work. Having experienced their teaching to an 80 yr old family member and to a mature mother (whose children despair of her mastering the microwave) they instilled confidence and opened up new business transactions by building an excellent website. We now communicate to family worldwide verbally, and with live pictures, by the installation of skype and many of our colleagues have benefitted by having computer systems built to their own requirements. Nothing is too much trouble for these chaps and many a panic has been talked through on the telephone to guide the harrassed learner. We rate these chaps highly. |
